Can I white-label these tools for my clients?

White-label options are coming soon. Currently, reports include My IT Support Report Card branding, but we’re building customization options for consultants. Contact us if this is important to your practice.

Do you provide consulting services that would compete with me?

No. We build tools. We don’t provide consulting, vCIO services, or compete for your clients. Our Executive plan includes advisory support for YOU, not your clients.

Can I manage multiple clients in one account?

Yes. You can create separate assessments and track different clients within a single account. Multi-client plans include additional features for managing larger portfolios.

What if my client’s MSP doesn’t cooperate with assessments?

Our assessment is based on what the business owner knows and sees—not what the MSP claims. You don’t need MSP cooperation to complete the assessment. The gaps you identify become your recommendations for improved communication and accountability.

Do you offer referral fees if I recommend your platform?

We don’t currently have a formal referral program, but we’re open to partnerships with established vCIOs. Contact us to discuss.

Can I export data and reports for my own use?

Yes. All assessments and reports can be downloaded as PDFs. You can incorporate them into your own deliverables and presentations to clients.
